Attending: Dr. Roppel, Aaron, Adam, Arun, Rama

Sample kit from Atmel Corporation ordered: ATmega1281
Arun asked to obtain comparitive price information of Telos and Mica Motes.
Aaron will start work on fellowship after Spring finals.
Adam and Rama will focus on their topics of interests in Summer.

Motes are functional.
Mica motes are functional too.
Website (under construction) is http://crr.eng.auburn.edu/
Bibliography page will be maintained by Adam. Please mail contributions to Adam.
Use Proboards for brainstorming. Aaron, Adam & Steven should join the bulletin board. Thanks to Anthony for creating the bulletin board.

WebCT, Biblioscape, Google groups dropped.

For next week:
Generate hardware and software requirements for the new robots (Aaron, Arun)
Begin developing hardware requirements for new robots (Aaron, Arun)
Look into how to port ALLIANCE into our hardware/software model (Adam)

Build a ftp site

For now use Adam’s ftp.
enable web posts
Rotate responsibility of taking minutes – This week, Aaron
Progress Reports
E-mail documents to Adam for now, and he will put them on his ftp.
Arun to work on lab web site
Talk to Dr. Roppel about getting admin privileges for web site
Maybe use BiblioWeb-document sorting software for web site, part of Biblioscape - http://www.biblioscape.com/biblioweb.htm

For next week
Get started on a new web site and an ftp site (integrated)
Get a WebCT account running (Arun), if not start a bulletin board or a blog site for now (Anthony).
Talk to Dr. Roppel
Start generating hardware and software requirements for the new robots
Settle on a hardware architecture outline
Begin developing hardware requirements for new robots
Look into how to port ALLIANCE into our hardware/software model
Try to get a copy of Biblioscape/BiblioWeb, or Endnotes for keeping track of bibliography data and research/interest documents found in lit searches.
Get the Surge_Reliable program running on the motes, and use MoteView to monitor the network.
Get the TinyOS environment stable
Everyone to send three articles to Adam before next meeting.
Need a copy of Acrobat Distiller
